Pomade.
As promised, we’ve posted the first of our music mixes, from our current collection. To deliver the music, we’re using Muxtape, a cool site that allows users to upload playlists of MP3s and create online mixtapes – kinda old school meets web 2.0.
This week’s (July 25 to July 31st) mix, Pomade, was one of our most popular. We’ve changed it up a bit by adding a new song, but it’s still the same soulful sound. To listen go to chmstry.muxtape.com.

Enjoy.

Mix Up.
I love music, second only to design.
Over the course of the last few months I’ve had several friends say “remember when you used to make mix tapes?” or “when are you going put out another mix?” It’s been a couple of years, but I didn’t think that was long enough to become a remember when?
I originally created mix tapes and later, CDs to share my love of music with friends and clients. From the theme and title to music selection and cover art, each mix was an opportunity to indulge my passions for both music and design. The mixes, including Melodelicious, Downshift, Over There, Pomade and others, eventually made their way into lounges, restaurants, salons and boutiques.
So, now I’m working up a new mix with the goal of having it mixed, packaged and ready for release by fall. In the meantime, while I’m working on it, I’ll post a mix from the current collection each Friday starting next week.
Maybe, I’ll call the new mix, Remember When.
